We have been in the middle of a process of moving all the employees' AAU mail to the cloud, and now the time has come for you as a student.

To ensure that the move goes as planned, we move the accounts in several parts. This means that your account will be moved to the cloud in the period from week 22 until the summer holidays.  Before you are moved, you will receive an email with a date.

When your account has been moved to the cloud, you may find that you cannot log into your email or send from it. If you experience this, it may mean that your email has been moved to the cloud and you have to do the following: 

• Use webmail.aau.dk instead of mail.aau.dk - you log in as usual.
• If you have mail in the Outlook app or on your mobile device, you have remove the account and thus add it again - You can read more here how to do it:
