If you as an employee have travel expenses or other expenses in June that you want to get reimbursed from AAU, you can use RUS2 for settlements as usual until June 18, 2024. As of June 19, 2024, you must use AAU's new travel expense management system ERP Expense.

"RUS2 is being phased out by the supplier, and AAU therefore needs a new solution. In the ERP platform that we launched last year, there is also a module for travel and expenses, which we now choose to implement, so that in the future we have everything on the same platform. This gives AAU a new and long-term secure solution, and it also means smoother workflows for the many travel administrators who help employees with travel and expenses locally,” says ITS Project Manager Sabine Jensen Jåtog.

Get to know ERP Expense

To help employees get started with the new travel expense management system in the best possible way, the Travel Office will gather all information on the website, which will contain instructions, video guides and more in both Danish and English. There will also be more information about cut-off dates for e-transactions, shutdown and cleanup in RUS2. In addition, courses in the use of ERP Expense and open office sessions with room for dialog and questions are also offered. It all runs online on Teams. Recordings of the course are also placed on the website afterwards so that participants can watch it again, and colleagues who were unable to attend at the time of the course can access the course afterwards and thereby acquire knowledge about ERP Expense.
